Q3: How many vehicles/pieces of equipment can Fleet Maintenance Pro, Maintenance Pro, and Auto Maintenance Pro track?
Fleet Maintenance Pro and Maintenance Pro have been tested with up to 10,000 vehicles/pieces of equipment.  However, since both packages use a database system, there is essentially no limit to the number of items that can be tracked with either.
Auto Maintenance Pro is designed for home use and therefore is designed to track maintenance on a much lesser scale.  The Auto Maintenance Pro Standard Edition can track up to 5 vehicles, and the Professional Edition can track up to 10 vehicles.
Q4: What is the main difference between Fleet Maintenance Pro and Maintenance Pro?
If your fleet consists mostly of rolling stock (i.e. vehicles, fork lifts, backhoes, trailers, etc.), Fleet Maintenance Pro would be the best choice.
If you are tracking home, office, grounds, or facility equipment (i.e. tools, copy machines, machinery, furnaces, elevators, etc.), then Maintenance Pro is your best choice due to its additional flexibility.
Q5: Can data be exported to external files or spreadsheets?
Yes.  All of our software supports data exporting.  You can export data to text files, spreadsheets, HTML, XML, and other formats.
Q6: What is your upgrade policy?
All maintenance upgrades are available free of charge and can be downloaded from our web site.  Maintenance upgrades include bug fixes and some enhancements.  Upgrades which significantly alter the functionality of the software and/or add several major features will be priced at a 50-80% discount to registered users.  Whether or not to upgrade is at the sole discretion of the user.
Q7: What are the system requirements for your software?
All of our software will operate efficiently on any pentium based processor.  However, we recommend at least the following setup:
Pentium® 1Ghz or better processor.
256MB of RAM.
150MB of free hard disk space.
Windows® NT, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7.
1024 x 768 screen resolution.
Network versions support true client/server architecture.  Our network applications are also compatible with termina service configurations. If you have questions, please e-mail your configuration to sales@mtcpro.com.
Q8: If I order the CD-ROM, will I still receive the software via e-mail?
Yes.  Provided we have your e-mail address, the software will be sent via e-mail.
Q9: If I order, will my data I entered into the evaluation version be transferred to the full version?
Yes.  All data entered into the evaluation version is easily transferred to the full version.
